ZoneLink® ZPA Module

The ZoneLink™ ZPA Module is designed to directly drive a Sparks Microroller™, providing the control logic for single zone Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA).

The ZoneLink™ ZPA Module can also be configured to operate in four other control modes: High-throughput singulation mode (Zero Pressure), Train mode (Low Pressure), Slave mode, and Manual mode.

Zone-to-zone communication is accomplished using an innovative connection method developed by Holjeron called ZoneLink™. Using standard category 5 patch cables (RJ-45), a "Ready" signal from the ZPA Module tells the upstream zone that it is ready to receive a unit. A "Sending" signal from the ZPA Module tells the downstream zone that it is sending a unit.

To streamline installation and wiring, each ZPA Module includes built-in upstream and downstream ZoneLink™ ports, a Sparks 9-pin connector for direct connection to a Sparks Microroller™, and on-board terminals to directly wire an industry-standard 24 VDC sensor with NPN output.
